One serving:
125 g - (175 g) - low-fat cottage cheese, 1,5% fat
60 g - (125 g) - orange, preferably blood orange
ground ginger

Peel and slice the orange. Measure the right amount. Pour the cottage cheese into a bowl and spread the fruit on top. Season with a little ground ginger - if you dare!
