EZE-WALKING TRAINING:

You combine the walks with movement exercises that give you better posture and an adapted food program. You move 1 hour a day every day for 30 days. You can do all movement exercises at home - you do not need a gym card, only a broomstick. 

You walk 50 minutes a day and do 6 posture exercises, either in connection with the walk (before or after) or divide it so you walk in the morning and do the posture exercises in the evening. Day 2 to 28 you get a new exercise every day which is replaced automatically.
