Our recipes / weekly menus are calculated according to our dietary guidelines and for maximum weight loss. All our ready-made weekly diet plans have shopping lists with low-calorie, good and easy-to-prepare recipes. At the bottom of each recipe, it is adjusted according to the vegetarian and lactose diet.
All recipes are calculated in the same way: 1500 kcal / day for women and 2200 kcal / day for men unless otherwise stated. In other words, you can, for example, exchange a lunch / dinner from one weekly menu for another or lunch / dinner.
You do not need to count / measure calories, all recipes are already calculated for maximum weight loss. You also do not have to eat according to the weekly diet plans in order, but can jump between them if you want. You can also eat the same meal for several days, if you like.
If you choose to change or not follow our recipes, you need to check the content and calculate so that the proportions are right according to our dietary guidelines.
