

MOM-SHAPE TRAINING:
MOTHER-SHAPE is specially designed for you who are pregnant or have recently given birth and want to lose weight. The exercises are easy to perform and very effective. It is a mixture of strength exercises and short cardio sessions.
The first few days we start calmly so that you will find your muscles back. Then we increase gradually so that you get the desired result. We change an exercise every day so it never gets boring. In total, you get 35 different exercises.
You follow a training program based on our unique training method where you build and balance your body for maximum results and posture. The training can be done just as well at home as at the gym.
You can take the opportunity to exercise when the baby is asleep or resting so you do not have to go to the gym. All you need is a broomstick and two dumbbells or filled PET bottles.
You eat good, regular food six times a day according to our diet program and do not use any pills, powders or bars. You will also receive coaching from our trained personal trainers and diet experts who will help you achieve fast results.
Each workout takes about an hour to perform and the exercises are simple but very effective. It is a mixture of strength exercises and short cardio sessions.

We recommend that you have had a check-up with the doctor/midwife and have been given the OK to exercise before you start. We have good experience in helping many mothers with the help they need. If you breastfeed, you need about 400-500 kcal extra per day to cover your and the baby's nutritional needs.
