You train our unique, most popular and most effective program Fitnessfighten Utmaning for 30 days starting on 1/3. We select finalists who have received the best result regarding weight, resting heart rate and waist measurement in 30 days. The jury's decision can not be appealed.
The finalists are presented and posted in the spring Facebook page, where everyone can vote for their favorite, between 10-17 / 4. The winner (the one who gets the most votes) will be presented on 18/3 in the spring Facebook page.

RULES FITNESS FIGHT CHALLENGE RULES:
1. The February fitness challenge starts on 1/3 (you will get access to the account on 25/2).
2. By 1/3 at the latest, you must have taken sample pictures showing your body from the front, back and side, measured your weight, resting heart rate and waist size and uploaded them to your account (only you can see the pictures). You make it easy below My Weight Diary.
3. No later than 4/4 (after the end of the challenge) you must have taken after pictures showing your body from the front, back and side, measured your weight, resting heart rate and waist measurement again and posted in My Weight Diary (only you can see the pictures).
4. No later than 7/4 you must have sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with your before and after pictures, result weight, resting heart rate and waist measurement, as well as a text about what you thought of the training with us, if you want to take part in the challenge.
5. The finalists (at least 2 finalists otherwise you go on to the next final) are presented and posted on our Facebook page, where everyone can vote for their favorite, between 10-17 / 4. The winner (the one who gets the most votes) will be presented on 18/4 in the spring Facebook page.
