You train our unique and most popular and effective program FITNESSFIGHTEN for 30 days starting on 1/5. We select 3 finalists who have received the best result regarding weight, resting heart rate and waist measurement in 30 days. The jury's decision cannot be appealed.
The finalists are presented and posted in the spring Facebook page, where everyone can vote for their favorite, between 10-17 / 6. The winner (the one who gets the most votes) will be presented on 18/6 in the spring Facebook page.

1. FITNESSFIGHTEN MAY 2021 registration opens on 25/4 and starts on 1/5 2021.
2. By 1/5, you must have taken role models who show your body from the front, back and side, measured your weight, resting heart rate and waist measurements and posted it on your account (only you see the pictures). You do it easily under "My profile> My pictures and measurements".
3. By 4/6 (after the end of the competition) you must have taken after pictures that show your body from the front, back and from the side, measured your weight, resting heart rate and waist measurements again and posted it on your account (only you see the pictures ).
4. By 7/6, you must have created the combined image of your before and after images and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with your results weight, resting heart rate and waist measurements, as well as a text about what you thought of the training with us, if you want to participate in the competition.
5. The finalists are presented and posted in the spring Facebook page, where everyone can vote for their favorite, between 10-17 / 6. The winner (the one who gets the most votes) will be presented on 18/6 in the spring Facebook page.
