Cross-Shape 28 is an intensive program for you who have trained before and do not have much time. 1-5 minutes: Warm-up at a leisurely pace. 6-23 minutes: The training phase where all exercises are done at maximum pace. 24-28 minutes: Cool down at a leisurely pace.
Du follows an exercise program based on our unique exercise method where you strengthen and balance your body for maximum results and posture. The training can be done just as well at home as at the gym.
- The program includes cardio, strength and core training as well as dynamic stretching.
- The exercises are both functional and effective.
- All exercises are presented in video format that is easy to understand.
- You only need a pair of dumbbells and a broomstick / stick
The program contains 66 exercises that you practice at home:
- 15 warm-up exercises
- 15 cooldown exercises
- 12 cardio exercises
- 8 exercises for the upper body
- 8 exercises for the legs
- 8 exercises for the torso / core
All you need to do to run our effective program is:
- A stick / broom handle, rubber band or a towel and a pair of dumbbells (or sand-filled PET bottles).
- An area of 2 x 2 meters.
To easily perform the program:
- 1-5 minutes: Warm-up at a leisurely pace.
- 6-23 minutes: The training phase where all exercises are done at maximum pace.
- 24-28 minutes: Cool down at a leisurely pace.
From day 3 to day 29 you get a new exercise every day. The purpose of "Today's new exercise" is to challenge yourself a little more every day.
The program has three different levels:
Level 1 (days 1 to 10): get-started training
Level 2 (days 11 to 20): build-up training
Level 3 (days 21 to 30): high-intensity training
In level 1, do the exercises for 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds.
In level 2, you do exercises for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds.
In level 3, you do exercises for 50 seconds and rest for 10 seconds.
This program is challenging and in combination with our diet program you get guaranteed results in just 30 days.
